Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens spinach, arugula, lettuce
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 avocado diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds or any nuts of your choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
