Oreo Crust
- 32 Oreo cookies
- ½ cup butter, melted
Chocolate Filling
Melt Together:
- 8.1 oz dark chocolate (chopped)
- 5.2 oz heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon espresso powder
Whip Together:
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream, cold
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons instant pudding mix (chocolate or vanilla)
Whipped Cream Topping
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Make the Crust:
Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form. If needed, place cookies in a zip-top bag and crush with a cup.
Mix the crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated.
Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a greased 9-inch pie pan.
Freeze for at least 20 minutes to set. - Prepare the Chocolate Base:
