For the Protein Ice Cream

  • 1 pint Protein ice cream made with a vanilla Fairlife shake 2 points for half the pint

For Topping

Instructions
 

Make the Brownies

  • Follow the instructions on the Pillsbury Zero Sugar Fudge Brownie Mix box, substituting vegetable oil with unsweetened applesauce. Bake according to the instructions and let the brownies cool. Cut into portions.

Prepare the Protein Ice Cream

  • Use a Ninja Creami to blend a vanilla Fairlife shake with any additional ingredients (like a scoop of protein powder). Freeze and process in the Ninja Creami until achieving ice cream consistency. Eat half the pint.

Assemble the Sundae

  • Place 1 brownie on your dessert plate. Scoop out half the pint of protein ice cream and place it on top. Drizzle sugar-free chocolate syrup on top.
