Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs For coating
  • 1 cup marinara sauce For serving
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Shredded, for topping
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For flavoring the breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For spraying the chicken

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning.
  • Coat each chicken breast in breadcrumb mixture.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • In the last two minutes of cooking, top each piece of chicken with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Allow cheese to melt before removing from the air fryer.

Notes
