Ingredients
  

For the stuffed shells

  • 12 pieces jumbo pasta shells Pre-cooked until just tender
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef or turkey) Browned and drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa Can add black beans for extra flavor
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) Use mozzarella for best results

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer.
  • Boil the jumbo pasta shells until just tender, then drain.

Cooking the Filling

  • In a skillet, brown the ground meat and drain excess fat.
  • Mix in the taco seasoning and stir in the salsa.

Stuffing the Shells

  • Spoon the meat mixture into each shell.
  • Place the stuffed shells into the air fryer basket.

Air Frying

  • Cook at 350°F for 6-8 minutes, adding cheese during the last few minutes.
  • Let the shells sit for a minute before serving.

Notes

This recipe can be made ahead of time and frozen before air frying. Add extra veggies for a nutritional boost.
