  • 1 cup Nutella Make sure it's at room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 large egg You can substitute with 1/4 cup of applesauce or a flax egg for a vegan option.
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Gluten-free flour can be used as a substitute.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the Nutella and the egg. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • Add the flour to the Nutella mixture. Stir until just combined to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.

Baking

  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies can be served with a glass of milk or vanilla ice cream. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze them in a freezer-safe bag for about three months.
