Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish or sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Slice the pears in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the cores to create a small well in the center.
  • Arrange the pear halves cut-side up in the baking dish.
  • Drizzle the pears lightly with olive oil and honey.
  • Fill each pear half with crumbled feta cheese and chopped dried cranberries.
  • Sprinkle with walnuts or pecans, cinnamon, and black pepper.

Baking

  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the pears are tender and lightly caramelized around the edges.
  • Remove from the oven and drizzle with extra warm honey while still hot.
  • Garnish with fresh thyme leaves for an elegant bakery-style finish.

Notes
