Ingredients
  

Caramelized Banana & Walnut Layer

  • 3 pieces bananas, sliced
  • cup brown sugar
  • 4–5 pieces walnuts, chopped
  • cup water

Cream Filling

  • cup whipping cream (cold)
  • cup milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla (or vanilla bean powder)

Biscuit Layer

  • 100 grams plain biscuits (tea biscuits or similar)

Instructions
 

Caramelized Banana & Walnut Layer

  • In a pan over medium heat, add the brown sugar and ⅓ cup water.
  • Let the mixture simmer until the sugar dissolves and turns into a light caramel syrup.
  • Add the sliced bananas and chopped walnuts.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes, until the bananas soften and the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from heat and let it cool completely.

Cream Filling

  • In a bowl, combine the whipping cream, milk powder, condensed milk, vanilla, and ¼ cup cold water.
  • Whisk or beat until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and slightly thick.

Biscuit Layer

  • Lightly crush the biscuits, ensuring to keep some texture.
  • If desired, lightly dip the biscuits in milk for a softer dessert.

Assemble the Stack

  • In serving glasses or a large dish, start layering the biscuit layer, cream layer, and caramelized banana & walnut layer.
  • Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with cream or banana on top.

Chill & Serve

  • Refrigerate for 1–2 hours before serving.

Notes

Add cinnamon or nutmeg for warmth. Replace walnuts with almonds or pecans. Add chocolate chips or caramel drizzle for extra indulgence. Store in the refrigerator for 2–3 days; flavor improves after chilling.
