  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1.5 cups cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For Assembly

  • 1.5 cups chilled coffee or espresso
  • 1 package ladyfinger biscuits (approximately 24 pieces)
  • 3-4 pieces ripe bananas, sliced
  • to taste Cocoa powder or crushed vanilla cookies, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation of Banana Cream

  • In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone until smooth. Add the condensed milk, pudding mix, and milk. Beat until thick and creamy.

Whipping the Cream

  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the banana mixture.

Assembling the Tiramisu

  • Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the chilled coffee (don't let them soak too long). Arrange a layer of biscuits in a 23×23 cm (9×9 inch) dish.
  • Spread half of the banana cream on top and add banana slices. Complete the layers with another layer of ladyfingers, banana cream, and banana slices.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder or decorate with crushed vanilla biscuits.

Notes

Serve chilled in slices for the best experience. Add extra banana slices or cocoa powder before serving for an added touch. Keep leftovers covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
