- 2 tablespoons paprika sweet or smoked
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary crushed
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon celery seed optional
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for spice
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Mix well until evenly blended.
Store the seasoning in an airtight jar or container in a cool, dry place.
When making beef stew, use about 2–3 tablespoons of this seasoning per 2 pounds of beef and vegetables
