Preparation

  • Pop the popcorn according to package instructions and place it in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate chips.
  • Add the melted butter, vanilla extract, and red velvet cake mix to the melted white chocolate, stirring until combined.
  • Pour this mixture over the popcorn, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Once well-coated, sprinkle powdered sugar over the popcorn and toss again.
  • Optionally, add sprinkles for decoration.
