Ingredients
  

Chicken and Seasoning

  • 2 large large chicken breasts, diced Diced into even pieces for even cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Wrap Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss so the chicken is evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook 6–8 minutes, stirring now and then, until the chicken is golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assembly

  • Lay the tortillas flat. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla. Evenly divide the cooked chicken across the tortillas. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella.
  • Fold each tortilla over the filling to make a wrap. Return the pan to medium heat and grill the folded wraps 2–3 minutes per side, until the cheese melts and the tortillas turn golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve right away.

Notes

Serve warm and cut in half. They go well with a small side salad, carrot sticks, or a cup of tomato soup. A little extra garlic sauce on the side is nice for dipping.
