  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for a quick option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Feel free to add extra cheese on the outside of the wraps before cooking.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 large flour tortillas Can substitute with whole wheat or corn tortillas.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil for cooking

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cheese, garlic, sour cream, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll it up tightly.

Cooking

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  • Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with a side of fresh salad or crispy chips. Enjoy warm for the best taste. Leftover wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
