Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Calzone Assembly

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For brushing
  • 1 package store-bought pizza dough Can use homemade if preferred

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  • Roll out pizza dough into circles.
  • Place a portion of the chicken mixture on one half of each circle.
  • Fold the dough over and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • Brush the calzones with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Place calzones in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with extra Alfredo or marinara sauce. Can be paired with a simple salad or garlic bread. Leftover calzones can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
