Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 avocado, diced Use ripe avocado for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ranch dressing Low-fat Ranch dressing can be used
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Wrap

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced avocado, cheddar cheese, Ranch dressing, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a burrito.

Cooking

  • Optional: Toast the burritos in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.

Notes
