Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sheet of pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Chicken and Bacon:

  • If you haven’t already, cook and shred the chicken. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it into small pieces.

Mix the Filling:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, mozzarella, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Roll Out the Dough:

  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 12 inches by 9 inches.

Assemble the Stromboli:

  • Spread the chicken, bacon, and cheese mixture evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges. Carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal.

Brush with Olive Oil:

  • Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with a little garlic powder for extra flavor.

Bake the Stromboli:

  • Bake the stromboli for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.
