For the dough

  • 1.5 tbsp butter, softened Ensure butter is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3.5 tbsp flour (cooked in the microwave for 90 seconds) Cook flour in the microwave to eliminate any bacteria.
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips Customize the amount to your liking.

  • In a small bowl, cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, then mix until well combined.
  • Add the cooked and cooled flour along with a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips and mix one last time.

Notes

Store any leftover cookie dough in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Let thaw in the fridge before eating. Consider customizing with mix-ins like nuts or sprinkles.
