Ingredients
  

Yogurt Clusters

  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor and texture.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Greek yogurt gives a creamier texture and extra protein.
  • 1 tbsp honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract For additional flavor.

Chocolate Coating

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil Helps in melting chocolate smoothly.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until combined.
  • Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture and place it on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters. You should make about 10 clusters.
  • Freeze the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters until solid, about 1 to 2 hours.

Chocolate Coating

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, microwaving in 15 to 30-second intervals and stirring in between.
  • Dip each frozen yogurt cluster into the melted chocolate using a spoon for thorough coverage.
  • Place the coated clusters back onto the lined baking sheet. Optionally, sprinkle some sea salt on top.
  • Return the clusters to the freezer for a few minutes to let the chocolate harden.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Just take out what you need as they can soften quickly at room temperature.
