Ingredients
  

Fudge Base

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 pinch salt (optional)

Preparation

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Lightly grease if needed.

Melting the Chocolate

  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.

Adding Walnuts

  • Fold chopped walnuts into the chocolate mixture and mix evenly.

Setting the Fudge

  • Pour mixture into prepared pan. Smooth the top and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm.

Slicing and Serving

  • Lift fudge out using parchment. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Sprinkle sea salt on top for extra flavor. Drizzle with white chocolate for decoration. Package in gift boxes for special occasions. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for up to 2 months.
