Ingredients
  

For the meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef or pork
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

For the glaze

  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground meat, bread crumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Form mixture into small meatballs and place on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
  • In a saucepan, heat cranberry sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar over medium heat until smooth.
  • Add baked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
  • Serve warm, and enjoy your festive appetizer!
