Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruit Ingredients

  • 2 cups green grapes Wash gently before use.
  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced and de-seeded Toss in a little orange juice to slow browning.
  • 2 cups raspberries Handle gently to avoid squishing.
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries Use firm strawberries for better texture.
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils (about 1 pomegranate, seeded) Refer to the instructions for seeding tips.

Dressing Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice Use freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds Can substitute with chia seeds if needed.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and prep all fruit gently so nothing gets squished.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the honey, orange juice, and poppy seeds until smooth.

Serving

  • Carefully combine all the fruit in a large bowl.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit and carefully mix once or twice to coat.
  • If you won’t serve right away, cover the fruit and the dressing separately and chill for up to 6 hours. Mix just before serving.

Notes

Serve in a large glass bowl for color visibility or in individual cups. Top with extra pomegranate arils or a sprig of mint for a festive look. Keep an eye on fruit freshness; best if consumed within one day of mixing.
