Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  • Spoon the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Before serving, sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top for garnish.

Notes

Serve chilled. For a pretty finish, add a small mint leaf or extra crushed peppermint on top. Cover the pie with plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container in the fridge to keep fresh for 3-4 days.
