Honey Mustard Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard For tanginess.
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin preferred.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt Taste and adjust as necessary.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground for best flavor.

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and walnuts.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftover salad and dressing separately. Greens will stay fresh in an airtight container for up to 2 days, while dressing can last in the fridge for up to 5 days. Toss the salad with dressing right before serving to keep it crisp.
