- ¼ cup 80g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons 30g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon milk
Step 1: Activate the Yeast

Add the condensed milk, melted butter, egg, and the activated yeast mixture.
