Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Leave about 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the pan.
Cook the Chicken:
Season chicken strips with salt and pepper. In the same skillet with bacon fat and olive oil, cook chicken over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
