- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 3 tbsp butter divided
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking chicken
Prepare the Garlic Butter Chicken:
Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook the chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
