  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Or any cooking oil you prefer
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt To taste; enhances flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly cracked is best
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika For a smoky flavor kick
  • Other Spices Optional - Garlic powder, cayenne, etc.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat dry the chicken thighs to ensure crispy skin.
  • Brush the thighs with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices.
  • Place the thighs into the air fryer basket, skin side up.

Cooking

  • Set the air fryer to 400 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes.
  • Flip the thighs and cook for another 10 minutes, ensuring they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crispiness. Feel free to experiment with different spices and flavors, as the thighs are forgiving. Leftovers can be added to salads or sandwiches.
