  • 8 slices Bacon Use thin or thick-cut bacon as preferred.

  • 1 sheet Parchment paper or foil Helps with easy cleanup.

Preparation

  • Line the bottom tray of the air fryer with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Lay bacon strips in the basket, making sure to give them some space.

Cooking

  • Set your air fryer to 350°F (about 175°C).
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  • If using thick-cut bacon, add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time.
  • Check for doneness, and if you want it crispier, add another minute while keeping a close watch.

Finishing

  • Once cooked to your liking, remove the bacon and place it on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Notes

For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. If your air fryer tends to smoke, pour out excess grease between batches. Bacon can be frozen for later use.
