  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce For the Bang Bang sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha To taste for the Bang Bang sauce
  • 2 tbsp Green onions Chopped, for garnish
  • To taste Salt For seasoning
  • To taste Pepper For seasoning

Preparation

  • Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Dredge the seasoned salmon pieces in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.

Cooking

  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, gently place the salmon bites in the pan and fry until golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.

Sauce Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha to create the Bang Bang sauce.

Serving

  • Toss the fried salmon bites in the Bang Bang sauce until coated.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes
