Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out your tortillas on a baking sheet. If you prefer extra crunch, cut them into triangles or strips.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce or marinara on each tortilla.
  • Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.

Baking
