  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  • Spread the florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer to restore crispiness. Adjust seasonings to taste, and feel free to add other spices like cumin or turmeric for extra flavor.
