  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 8 oz spaghetti Break into thirds before adding
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Add towards the end of cooking
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Place the cubed chicken evenly in the crock pot.
  • Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  • Stir everything together to make sure the ingredients are mixed well.
  • Cover the crock pot and cook on low for about 4 hours.
  • When you’re about 30 minutes away from serving, break the spaghetti into thirds and add it to the crock pot.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, put the lid back on, and cook until the spaghetti is nice and tender and the cheese is fully melted.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the dish cool down first before transferring it into an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for later, but make sure you store it in a freezer-safe container. When you’re ready to enjoy it again, just reheat on the stove or in the microwave. For a healthier version, use whole wheat spaghetti or add in some vegetables.
