  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Place the sliced kielbasa, green beans, baby potatoes, onion, and garlic in the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Brown the kielbasa first for extra flavor. Cut potatoes small for even cooking. Add green beans later if you prefer them firmer. Cool leftovers quickly and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. For freezing, keep in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months — thaw overnight before reheating.
