Ingredients
  

For the steak bites

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak – cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter – cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley – chopped, for garnish (optional) Optional garnish for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  • Place the steak cubes into the crockpot and pour the marinade over the steak, making sure each piece is well-coated.
  • Dot the steak with small pieces of butter.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours. The steak should be tender and flavorful.

Serving

  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or buttered noodles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. You can freeze cooked steak bites for up to 2 months. For extra garlic flavor, add a bit more fresh minced garlic near the end of cooking.
