Ingredients
  

Brownie Layer

  • 1 box box brownies (store-bought or homemade, baked and cooled)

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Chocolate Pudding Layer

  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • cups milk

Topping

  • 1 cup whipped topping or freshly whipped cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Prepare the brownies according to the package directions or your favorite homemade recipe. Once baked, let them cool completely in the pan before removing.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk until fully combined. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

Assembly

  • Place a layer of brownies in the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the brownies.
  • Pour half of the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  • Repeat the layers with the remaining brownies, cream cheese mixture, and pudding.
  • Spread the whipped topping or freshly whipped cream over the final pudding layer.
  • For extra decoration, drizzle melted chocolate or sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Once chilled, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Serve well chilled for the best texture. Add crushed cookies, sprinkles, or mini chocolate chips for extra flair. Pair with coffee or milk for a perfect dessert combo. Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze, as the texture may change.
