Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Sliced into strips
  • 8 ounces Fettuccine pasta Cooked according to package directions
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking the chicken
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Adjust to preference
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Grated

Optional vegetables

  • 1 cup Peas or spinach For added nutrition

Instructions
 

Cooking the chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden.

Making the sauce

  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combining pasta

  • Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat.
  • Let it soak in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
  • If using, stir in peas or spinach just before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately with extra Parmesan if desired. Leftovers can be reheated with a splash of cream.
