  • 1 package Mini pretzel bites
  • 8 oz Cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup Black olives Sliced in half for decoration
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper Cut into small pieces for decoration
  • 1 small Sliced cucumbers For decoration
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes For color on the platter

Optional Decor

  • 1 bottle Food coloring Optional for dyeing cream cheese

Preparation

  • Start by preparing your work area and gathering all the ingredients.

Assembly

  • Take a mini pretzel bite and spread a dollop of cream cheese on top.
  • Slice the black olives in half. Use one half as the 'eye' and place it on the cream cheese.
  • Cut small pieces of green bell pepper to create a 'monster hand' look. You can also use sliced cucumbers for decoration.
  • Place cherry tomatoes on a plate for a pop of color.
  • Optional: Use food coloring to dye some of the cream cheese green or orange for an extra spooky effect.
  • Arrange everything on a platter and enjoy!

Notes

Serve these appetizers on a colorful platter and add festive decorations like fake spiders or small pumpkins for a fun presentation. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge, but they are best eaten within a few days for maximum freshness. The pretzels may become soft over time.
