Ingredients
  

For the Banana Split Dessert

  • 1 pack graham crackers
  • 1 box instant pudding mix vanilla flavor works well
  • 2 cups milk for preparing the pudding
  • 2 medium bananas sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 container Cool Whip for topping
  • to taste chocolate drizzle optional

For the Lemon Cheesecake

  • 1 pack cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • 1 pack graham cracker crumbs for the crust

For the Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder optional for a chocolate twist

Instructions
 

Banana Split Dessert Preparation

  • Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a pan.
  • In a bowl, mix instant pudding with milk until thick.
  • Spread pudding over the graham crackers.
  • Layer sliced bananas and strawberries on top.
  • Spread Cool Whip over the top and drizzle with chocolate if desired.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Lemon Cheesecake Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Fold in Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
  • Spread mixture into a graham cracker crust.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.

Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, and honey together.
  • If desired, add cocoa powder to the mixture and mix well.
  • Scoop mixture onto a lined baking sheet and let set until firm.

Notes

Make ahead of time for best results. Store leftovers in the fridge. Most recipes taste even better the next day.
