Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Can substitute with any cookie of your choice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Make sure to melt before adding
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Regular marshmallows can be used, cut into smaller pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Substitute with peanut butter chips or white chocolate chips if desired

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
  • Add the melted butter and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  • Spread the mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish and press down evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can be frozen tightly wrapped in plastic and then placed in an airtight container.
