Easy No-Bake Nutella Pie

A rich and creamy dessert that requires no baking, perfect for summer or entertaining, and can be made ahead of time.

Ingredients
  

For the Crust

  • 1 package Graham cracker crust or homemade cookie crust Store-bought or homemade from Oreos or digestive biscuits.
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Melted, for binding the crust.

For the Filling

  • 1 cup Nutella At room temperature.
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream Whipped to soft peaks or 8 ounces of cream cheese.

Instructions
 

Form the Crust

  • Crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
  • Melt the butter and combine it with the cookie crumbs until it resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  • Chill the crust in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.

Prepare the Cream

  • If using heavy cream, whip in a cold bowl until soft peaks form.
  • If using cream cheese, beat until smooth and fluffy.

Combine and Fold

  • Mix Nutella into the cream cheese until combined or gently whisk a third of the whipped cream into the Nutella.
  • Gently fold the remaining whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until no white streaks remain.

Fill and Chill

  • Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.

Notes

For a perfect finish, ensure all ingredients are at the correct temperature, and use a cold bowl for whipping cream.
