Ingredients

Dough and Fillings

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni slices

Topping Mixture

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (or preheat your air fryer to 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.

Assembly

  • Open the biscuit can and separate the dough. Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
  • Place a small amount of mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
  • Carefully pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside. Roll gently into a ball.

Baking

  • Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for about 8 minutes, until golden brown.

Serving

  • Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve with marinara or ranch dip.

Notes

Make sure to seal the dough well and you can add other fillings like olives or bell peppers for extra flavor.
