  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar) Reserve half for topping.
  • 1 cup French fried onions For topping.
  • 2 cups cooked rice or pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, French onion dip, half of the shredded cheese, cooked rice or pasta, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Top with the remaining cheese and French fried onions.

Baking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
