  • 1 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 8 oz Semi-sweet chocolate Chopped or chips
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar Adjust according to taste
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour Do not overmix
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  • In a saucepan, combine melted butter and chopped chocolate over low heat until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in sugar until well combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing until incorporated, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Baking

  • Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gently fold this mixture into the chocolate batter.
  • Finally, fold in the Baileys Irish Cream.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is slightly soft.

Cooling and Serving

  • Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
  • Serve as is or with desired toppings such as powdered sugar, whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Chill brownies briefly for perfect edges. Store in an airtight container for best flavor over the next few days.
