Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef (80/20 fat content recommended)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder For beef filling
  • 1 tsp Salt For seasoning
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper For seasoning
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Biscuit Dough (8 biscuits each) Make sure to not overfill

Topping Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder For topping

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients. Make sure your ground beef is thawed if it was frozen. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cooking

  • In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Sprinkle in 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and fully cooked.
  • Drain any excess grease and let it cool for a few minutes.

Assembly

  • Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough. Take each biscuit and flatten it out in your palm.
  • Place about a tablespoon of the cooked beef mixture and a little shredded cheddar cheese in the center. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal it completely.

Baking

  • Arrange the sealed bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  • While the bombs are baking, mix the melted butter, ½ cup parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder in a small bowl.
  • Once the bombs are out of the oven, brush this mixture all over the tops.

Notes

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces such as ketchup or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
