Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium shrimp, deveined and tails removed Fresh shrimp preferred
  • 1 lb spaghetti noodles Can substitute with any preferred pasta

Flavorings

  • 6-8 cloves garlic, minced Adjust according to taste
  • 1/4 cup butter For sautéing
  • 3 dashes olive oil For sautéing
  • to taste Italian seasoning Optional based on preference
  • to taste fresh ground pepper Adjust according to taste
  • to taste red pepper flakes Add more for extra heat

Instructions
 

Cooking the Noodles

  • Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Sautéing the Sauce

  • In a large skillet, melt butter and add olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • Add shrimp, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and fresh ground pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked spaghetti noodles and mix well.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with extra red pepper flakes or freshly chopped parsley.

Notes

If storing leftovers, let cool completely and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat on medium heat or in the microwave.
