  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye) Use high-quality steak for the best flavor.

Sauce

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Seasoning and Garnish

  • Salt and pepper to taste Season the steak well for optimal flavor.
  • Parmesan cheese (for serving) Garnish with freshly grated cheese.

Instructions
 

Cooking Pasta

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cooking Steak

  • Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, then remove from the pan and let it rest.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the garlic butter sauce.

Serving

  • Slice the rested steak and serve it over the pasta.
  • Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
