For the Classic Cookie Dough

  • 2 tablespoons butter or coconut oil, softened Ensure it's softened, not melted.
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk (non-dairy almond milk recommended)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (any type can be used) Feel free to use brown sugar, cane sugar, coconut sugar, or maple sugar.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Chocolate Cookie Dough

  • 3-4 tablespoons milk (non-dairy almond milk recommended)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (any type can be used) Feel free to use brown sugar, cane sugar, coconut sugar, or maple sugar.
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Start by adding all the ingredients (except the chocolate chips) into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir everything together until it’s well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips, and you’re all set to enjoy this tasty treat!

Notes

Keep the cookie dough in an airtight container and refrigerate to stay fresh. It lasts about a week but is best enjoyed fresh. Consider adding a pinch of salt for flavor enhancement or mix in additional goodies like nuts or dried fruits.
