- 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips or your favorite mix-ins like M&M’s or white chocolate chips
