  • In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, chopped fresh herbs, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stir the mixture well until combined.
  • Taste the dip and adjust seasonings as necessary.
  • Let the dip chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add cayenne or smoked paprika. The dip can last in the fridge for 3-4 days covered. Use fresh herbs for the best flavor, but dried herbs can be substituted—start with half the amount and let them hydrate.
