Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs or digestive biscuit crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder, bloomed

Whipped Cream Layer

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Fresh green grapes for topping Top generously for a luxurious fruit-loaded finish.
  • Mint leaves For decoration.
  • White chocolate curls For decoration.
  • Crushed pistachios For decoration.
  • Green grape glaze or syrup drizzle For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation of Crust

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) if baking the crust lightly.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a thick buttery crust.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, then cool completely.

Preparation of Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  • Blend in green grape purée, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until silky.
  • Stir the bloomed gelatin into the mixture until fully dissolved and smooth.
  • Add a few drops of green food coloring if you want a brighter bakery-style look.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours until fully set and chilled.

Preparation of Whipped Cream Layer

  • Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until thick fluffy peaks form.
  • Spread or pipe the whipped cream beautifully over the cheesecake.
  • Top generously with fresh green grapes for that luxurious fruit-loaded finish.
  • Decorate with mint leaves, white chocolate curls, crushed pistachios, and a glossy grape syrup drizzle.
  • Chill until ready to serve for the freshest creamy texture and vibrant grape flavor.
